Our facility has a keypad entry. After booking storage units, the tenant will receive an email with their unique access code.
You can access your unit during the daily open hours from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please note that payments made on delinquent accounts after storage facility business hours will not allow keypad access or ensure overlock removal until the next business day.
Yes, you are responsible for the items you store at TEG Self Storage, and insurance for those items is required. We offer affordable third party insurance/protection plan options at the facility. In the event that you are already covered, a copy of the declarations page must be available at the time of rental.
Yes, all our storage units require a padlock. You may bring your own and provide management with a copy of the key, or use the lock we provide.
If you use our online rental process, a lock will be included with your rental and the cost will be added to your final price.
Online bill payment is available when you log in to our online Customer Center.
Your rent is due at the time of move-in and on the same day of the month each month, you continue to rent the storage unit.
We offer several payment options to ensure your security and protect your information. You can pay through our online customer center, visit our office in person, or mail a check directly to our office. We also provide the convenience of AutoPay, which automatically charges your Mastercard, Discover, Visa, or American Express each month without any additional fees.
Yes, TEG Self Storage must be notified of your move out.
