Accessing the Facility

Our facility has a keypad entry. After booking storage units, the tenant will receive an email with their unique access code. 

You can access your unit during the daily open hours from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please note that payments made on delinquent accounts after storage facility business hours will not allow keypad access or ensure overlock removal until the next business day. 

Self storage units are for everyone. Whether you need business self storage or household storage units, we have a variety sizes perfect for your needs. 

Our minimum rental period is one month. However, we offer flexible options for longer or shorter rental periods based on your needs.

Yes, we offer discounts for customers who rent for four months or longer. Please contact our office for more details.

Yes, all our storage units require a padlock. You may bring your own and provide management with a copy of the key, or use the lock we provide.

If you use our online rental process, a lock will be included with your rental and the cost will be added to your final price. Upon entering the facility and locating your storage unit, a padlock with a key will be attached to the storage unit. 

Yes, you are responsible for the items you store at TEG Self Storage, and insurance for those items is required. 

We do not allow hazardous materials, flammable items, perishable items, or illegal items to be stored in our units. Please refer to our rental agreement for a full list of prohibited items.

Yes, TEG Self Storage must be notified of your move out.

Invoices are available when you log in to our online Customer Center.  

We offer several payment options to ensure your security and protect your information. You can make a payment when you log in to our online Customer Center, visit our office in person, or mail a check directly to our office. We also provide the convenience of AutoPay, which automatically charges your Mastercard, Discover, Visa, or American Express each month without any additional fees.

The first month's payment is due upon reserving the unit. After the first month, subsequent payments are due on the 1st day of each month for as long as you continue to rent the storage unit.

Dollies are located in the lobby to easily move your belongings. If you rent a drive-up unit, you can simply unload your items on the loading dock.

Our standard office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm during the week, and our standard access hours are 7:00 am to 9:00 pm daily.

Pushcarts and or dollies are available for use and are located in the lobby. 

Yes, the facility is climate-controlled.

Yes, there are CCTV cameras inside and outside of the facility.
